  1. Soundtrack’s of My Life: Getaway Songs – Phish. Loved the article. It brought me back to my first three-day Phish concert at the old Plattsburgh Air Force Base in Plattsburgh, NY August 1996. I cannot translate “washa uffize drive me to firenze” or much of Phish’s lyrics for that matter, I mean, Reba “bag it, tag it, sell it to the butcher in the store” …hmmm. Well, I saw many colorful lights those three days–besides the light shows. Memories, good memories, with pleasant thoughts and comfortable feelings. Ah, nostalgia lane. Well, many years later and I am very much into Jazz and deep into literary art, but I still love to kick back, stare into the sun, and let my mind escape, just go “bouncing round the room.”

    Take Care Leslie Simon,
    Jake Sullivan
