Based on the above picture, can you guess what chapter I’m working on? I mean, what other reason would I have to spend the last week soldiering through the entire Daria boxset? I mean, other than the fact that it’s incredible, amazing and a bunch of other adjectives that won’t do the series justice. Howev, if I start to wear a Team Edward ringer tee and/or speak Elvish, someone please call the police… or the nice men in white coats at Bellevue. Oh, and big ups to Rick Marshall for loaning me The Guild.

Please forgive me for being totally MIA—complete with neon leggings and an inexplicable hatred for red-haired little boys. After weeks of living out of a suitcase and working my buns off, I’m slowly but surely making my way back into the land of the living. I found a wonderful apartment that actually fits all of my crap, which is tres unusual by NYC standards, and I’m hoping to be unpacked sometime before Christmas. (Fingers crossed!) Now that I finally have a permanent address in the City, I’m looking forward to establishing a normal routine, learning the bus system and, most importantly, going back to work on Geek Girls Unite!
